Thank you for visiting the Dial-A-Ride page. To schedule a "Dial-A-Ride" please click on the "Dial-A-Ride" picture above.  The Dial-A-Ride service is a "Curb-to-Curb" service from the hours of 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM Monday through Friday. This service was created for the  Elderly, Disabled and the general public.  All of the Columbia County Rider vehicles are equipped with Wheelchair and Mobility device access.

When we speak of "Curb-to-Curb" service, we mean that we will pick you up in front of your home or in the parking lot of your apartment or condominium. When your errands are complete, and you are ready to go home, we transport you back to your residence. We will drop you off at the front door of your home or in the parking lot of your destination. Our friendly drivers will assist all wheelchair and mobility-device passengers on and off the bus. Please inform us when you schedule your pickup if you will need or require an escort to and from your destination. We will be happy to transport an assistant of your choice, free of charge.

Columbia County Rider's goal is to provide the best transportation service to all our users.
You can help us achieve this goal by following the three simple rules listed below.

1) Contact our office up to one (1) week in advance to your pickup. You can submit the "Dial-A-Ride" form, or call us at 1-888-462-6526.

2) Be ready and watching for your ride up to five (5) minutes before you are scheduled to be picked up. Due to high demand of service, Columbia County Rider drivers will not wait more than five (5) minutes if a rider does not appear.
As a consideration for our Elders and passengers with disabilities, we will gladly accept your Title XIX Medical Transportation by calling Northwest Ride Center at 1-866-811-1001. We will also accept your ride request form from the Oregon Medical Assistance Program.
